Claude is a certified sommelier for the past 25 years and has been the sommelier at The Settlers Inn for 14 years. Wine consultant and educator, he has taught wine appreciation classes at Colleges and at the Hotelschool The Hague, a prestigious Netherlands Hospitality University, and in private settings. Claude has partnered with restaurants and chefs to build award-winning wine lists both in the US and Europe. He has worked with the Canadian Spanish Trade Commission for the past 25 years, educating their staff and customers that come to renowned wine shows across Canada. He has traveled the world working in wineries, and leading wine tours including his personal favorite: the Rioja and Ribera del Duero wine regions of Spain.
Cecily is a New York Sommeliere at Best Wine Purveyors. She is a former Washington, DC restaurateur, and also completed a one year cheese apprenticeship. Cecily delights in sharing her knowledge and passion for food and wine.
